The problem is other than Holt and Lovich all of our outfielders suck at the plate. Diggs has the highest ceiling of them all but we probably have to move on if he can't get it together in Hoover or maybe game 1 of a regional....

Yeah we played good enough to win. Just a bit unlucky. If this was a must win we probably get another inning out of HS and GG and win.
As it stands, it’s kind of a worse case scenario. We’re down a starter and used all of our top BP arms. We could easily get sweep.

Wood seems to take a couple of batters to settle in. He might be better as a starter then coming in during high leverage situations....

I would shake the lineup up some.
Stoval needs to be batting with runners on base. Maybe move him to the 3 hole and have Hunt lead off....

Kentucky is one of the best offensive teams in college baseball. We won’t see a team like that in the regionals or supers. Our pitching is fine. And we should score enough at home to get to Omaha.
Once there it’s a crapshoot. We’ll have to get lucky to win it all but I’d say that about every...
