Also the fact that they gave you renewal options clearly shows they had no idea you had planned to move out and acted in good faith and weren't intentionally screwing you by not telling you policies you should have already known and read yourself. Its amazing how many people sign shite without reading it. A lease is a contract, know the ins and outs of what you're signing and I'm willing to bet it clearly states you need to give 60 days notice the way most all leases do...

Anyone watch the Netflix series called The Program? That's where this kid deserves to go. At the end of the documentary, I was actually on the The Programs side and found all those whiny arse, loser graduates as the bad guys. Look at all of them, they were much less pieces of shite now than they were ...
