No privacy is a no go! I wonder how many boats are going to be parked 30 yards from his dock!

if I'm spending 8 figures on a house, I don't want to be crammed in between neighbors. Those other houses are 20 feet from his. Give me some space and privacy.

That’s difficult to find in South FL my man. Esp if you wanna be on the water. It’s also prob not even his main residence.

The house is a typical miami mansion. Looks fine to me, I'd live there in a heartbeat. Also, this is probably like his 5th house and not his main residence. Some of y'all have lost it.

That seems pretty modest for someone with Messi’s wealth in that city. Makes me like him more. Maybe he thinks real estate prices are absurd right now too

His house in Barcelona is absurd. This sounds more like he wanted something close to the stadium for convenience.

his house in Argentina has 22 bedrooms... his house in spain is on the coast and is ridiculous...

I'd want beachfront though or maybe bayside, not some waterway where people passing by on boats all the time.
