Yeah, they're all making $5-10 million a year so I'm not crying for college coaches, but roster management has to be insane now. Recruiting and talent evaluation take a backseat now to pimping for your NIL collective.

No doubt he benefited from Saban, Bowden, and Richt.
CMR also learned from Bowden.
I think Kirby is the best coach in CFB right now but he owes a legacy to the coaches he’s coached for.
