Take an arrow with a nylon string and shoot over them, Use the string to pull a rope over them. them pull them down with your truck, or hire a tree guy or power company lineman with climbing spikes to climb and cut them for maybe a thousand dollars.
Yes, they are a pain in the butt. I have shot them with a 22 jacketed rounds and had minimal luck breaking enough that the finish breaking and fall. Not in a neighborhood or inside the city limits though.
