I don’t mind people drinking, but IF you have to piss on every hole like a guy did at the last member guest, maybe go to shots instead of beer.

We have some behavioral issues with people getting shitfaced just because the alcohol is “free” at some club events. I guess some guys just look at it like a “spring break” or “cruise ship” like situation.

I’ve had a beer on the course. It was fine. I lose coordination when I get drunk so I don’t have too much. Most of the time I don’t have any because I’m walking most of the time. Hard to stay hydrated mixing alcohol into the system.

My game doesn't quite get going good until a few beers. It seems to relax me and lets my swing flow without much tension. Then it goes to shite after a sixer or more. Our group has bluetooths, only loud enough for the occupants in the cart. One of the players is young and plays some rap, country and old rock and roll. Sam Rayburn in Tx had speakers built in with choices of music stations.

No offense, but if you are posting this, you probably shouldn't think your opinion on the use of music on the course is commonplace.

To be clear, music in carts is the norm. If you are not into that, you are the exception. That's just the way it is now. Can't believe we've gone four pages about this.
