Ofcourse he's a cheater. The only other cheater nearly as good is Kirby. Not only is Saban a cheater but he loves to broadcast it somewhat indirectly because he's smug and knows no one will do anything about it. Many checks were written and the right people were paid off time and time again.

Only people crying about cheating are the fans of programs who don’t do it well enough to have any hardware to look at.
