No, but I do know that was very uncharacteristic for four of our gymnasts to fall during one routine. I'm still having a hard time believing it and I saw it.

My buddy that's a season ticket holder said that is what happened. But it was on the OU and Alabama coaches to catch it. And it was fixed before Utah took to the beam.

BULL, that should be on the NCAA guys, and if you let two teams go then all 4 should have to go, but can't because of danger, so the first two teams should have had a redo. Not that I really care tbh. I only care about fair treatment unto kids competing.

This is crazy. You would think someone would have caught it between the two.

Utah was first on beam (and did very well). Then Bama. Then the NCAA people fixed whatever was wrong before Oklahoma did their rotation on beam after Bama (per the TV commentators). Rough night for the ladies for sure.

The nod gives her 21 total All-America accolades - the most of any UA gymnast in program history.

I honestly thought Oklahoma was on beam before Bama because they had 3 to fall off, which was hard to believe. I remember saying what a gift that was and then we had 4 to fall. Don't guess it matters any way, but the ncaa or host should have the responsibility to make sure the apparatuses are working properly after each team uses it. I've seen them make adjustments or re-adjust the cables on the uneven bars at events. It was an unfair advantage to the other teams that didn't have to compete under the same conditions, and something should have been done to rectify it to the teams it affected. It's too hard to make it to the nationals and be eliminated because of faulty equipment.

Oklahoma’s disaster came on vault (their first rotation). It wasn’t quite as bad as Bama’s on beam but it took them out of the running too.
