Hunter seems like a good kid. But Reggie Bush got vacated for doing the exact same thing

Ridiculous that a so-called college student can afford to buy something like that and the average person can't pay for food for the family. Our system is so fricked up!

I sure hope these guys are keeping up with their taxes on these NIL deals.

That will be a 30 for 30 in itself

Hats off to him for buying his mom a house instead of some stupid jewelry or car. Why hate on this?

I dont think people are hating on him personally. See more people upset with inflation and then see a kid with that much money. It strikes a nerve on some

well the only path for money for them are 4 things: rap, R&B, NFL, or NBA. That's it, and a very small % of those trying for it, get it. Like less than 00.001%

I’m confused…He’s in a major university. What’s stopping him from pursuing ANY degree with the profession it comes with? No one is limited to those 4 options by skin color unless they decide that for themselves….Your comments seem to pigeon hole people based on race (isn’t that the definition of racism?)

NO. That is NOT the definition of "racism".... bigotry or prejudice, maybe, BUT racism implies a systemic disadvantage being applied, not just a personal opinion....

Prejudice is a personal opinion that black people have no money or untrustworthy to pay back a loan.
Racism is banks systemically denying them credit or loans based on race.
See the difference?

That diorama is phenomenal; I wouldnt mind having one of JJets down the sideline stiff-arming Sterns during the 19 Texas game

Can't begrudge the young man for what THIS NIL system has yielded. At least it was not a 150K 2-seat vic. Congrats to his family, have a good season, and be smart with your income.

Considering he's only made $1 mil in NIL, and that house is probably $1 mil. He's likely gonna have to sell it back to pay taxes on NIL. $1 mil means he can keep $600k. That house is more than $600k. Will be sad when he has to sell back bc he was too stupid to realize taxes exist.

This will be his 3rd year making over 1M in NIL. I'm sure he has 200K to put down as a down payment, while financing the rest.
