Not surprised. Recruiting is an absolute joke. Verbal and even getting a player signed means nothing!...

re: World Number 1 golfer Scottie Scheffler arrested UPDATE: Arresting officer is former NOPD

Amazing how some of you dirtbags will easily go after the cops and you wonder why young people have no respect for the police!
He broke the law and should face the consequences, period! Just because he's good at golf doesn't make him above the law! He will probably get off, which is wrong, becaus...
re: Anyone ever have an evaluation score lowered because you used some of your sick days?
Posted by SwampyWaters on 5/15/24 at 6:16 pm
As long as you did not exceed your number of days, and you followed procedure in taking days, that is absolute BS that it would be used against you in your evaluation.
That's exactly what I was thinking. I tried to catch my boss today, but was unsuccessful, but a meeting is defini...

OK, were you dropped on your head as an infant or recently been in a head-on collision? Clearly, there are signs of significant brain damage!...

What do you mean?...
Anyone ever have an evaluation score lowered because you used some of your sick days?
Posted by SwampyWaters on 5/14/24 at 7:41 pm
I just got my evaluation and overall it was great, but I noticed my score in one area dropped a point for too many absences. I didn't notice it until after I met with my boss, but we're going to talk about it tomorrow guaranteed.
I work hard not to take days off, so if I ever got sick, I would h...
How would your family and friends react if you began interracial dating?
Posted by SwampyWaters on 5/13/24 at 5:02 pm
No, I have never been in an interracial relationship and don't plan on getting into one, but I see it all the time and just wondered how receptive those close to you felt.
I have a friend that is in an interracial marriage and it doesn't both me, and I think my family would be fine with it eventu...

So you're complaining about my posts, but you're still reading my posts! I don't need to say anything else, I think your actions speak for themselves!...

re: Mississippi State Player in TROUBLE
Posted by SwampyWaters on 5/13/24 at 12:32 pm
If true, the player needs to be arrested, kicked out of school and made to sleep with the rest of the dirt bag down at the county jail. I'm sure he won't have any problem finding a fight in there! Some of these athletes think they are above the law and need a serious dose of reality. Maybe Bubba can...
re: How do y'all marry people and hate their parents?
Posted by SwampyWaters on 5/12/24 at 7:20 pm
I only disliked my ex-mother-in-law because she slept with just about every guy in town, while she was still married to my ex-father-in-law. My ex-wife refused to tell her dad and that was a huge problem in my marriage because honesty is big with me. If I get remarried again, getting along with both...
If he wants to learn middle linebacker, it will be fine.
I absolutely agree, but I think he's going to be playing ILB, not MLB. Either way, I think Perkins needs to be studying film every day and every chance he gets. Physically, he's fine, but these days, teams are shifting two an...

I hope you're right because he's an athletic freak, but if he can't learn how to play the lb position and process what's happening in front of him, then he's going to get really exposed all season!
Perkins is a huge talent and he may well play himself into the 1st round but he's not there yet. He has to learn how to play linebacker. He stood around lost a lot last season.
That's exactly my point! He's immensely talented, but he's still very raw and has a lot to learn to be a ...
Aren’t you the same dude that said Will Campbell wasn’t a 1st rounder?
Apparently, you can't read! I said he's not worthy of being the top pick in the NFL draft because he needs to improve his footwork. That doesn't mean he's a bad player or shouldn't be drafted in the first round,...
re: What's your most desperate hookup story?
Posted by SwampyWaters on 5/9/24 at 9:47 pm
Dang, that's one hell of a story. I don't have a desperate hookup story, but I do have one of the strangest hookup stories that taught me a lot of things not to do ever again. I was 24 and had just gotten off from working the night shift and I met some buddies out at a local dance club to have a cou...
Shocked Harold Perkins projected to be first rounder next year
Posted by SwampyWaters on 5/9/24 at 7:42 pm
I'm not saying he doesn't have talent, but based on his overall performance since he arrived at LSU, I was thinking 3/4 round at best. He was unbelievable his freshman season, but last year there were several games he was a total non-factor and the times you did see him, he was of position or missin...

The key is, would she do it for you? If so, you're up the creek without a paddle. Also, women never forget, so you make the wrong decision and you're going to hear about it FOREVER!...
