Until proven otherwise..

I'm picking UConn to win it all.. and it isn't close..
I don't even need to see their roster..

Rothstein knows far more about college basketball than I do, but I feel like preseason prognostication has to be even more pointless now with the transfer portal. Who knows how all of them will translate to moving up / working together / taking a step back.

no SC in that group is kind of crazy. That said Jon has a hard on for Frank Martin and so in turn he is an idiot who dislikes us

Not bad for a roster of 5 scholarship players and a walk on.

With Cliff our floor should be a whole lot higher. A defense in the KenPom 110s pretty much meant everyone had a chance to beat us

Just in here to add Arkansas now has the #1 portal class and has moved into #13 in Rothsteins rankings. We aren’t done yet either.

This. Gotta see what Hurley pulls out of his hat this coming year before making any predictions on #1.

It's almost surreal on how dominant they have been the past two years.

Maui classic is loaded.

The 2024 field includes five teams ranked in the top 20 of the AP Top 25, including UConn (1), North Carolina (7), Iowa State (10), Auburn (13), and Dayton (16). Colorado, Memphis and Michigan State round out the field.

That's a great field. Curious to see what the field in this Vegas NIL tournament ends up being.

Alabama plays in the Players Era at MGM in Las Vegas.

A proposed non-conference basketball tournament seeks to expand Name, Image and Likeness money to a new level next season.

The tournament, slated to be held in Las Vegas in November, will offer up to $2 million in NIL deals to the players that participate. The tournament is expected to host eight teams in 2024 and expand to 16 teams in 2025.

According to On3 sports, each team invited would get a $1 million guarantee in NIL money, which would be shared either with the school’s collective or NIL arm. The money would be shared with the players for that team.

The tournament’s winning team would get another $1 million in NIL funding.

I really dislike Auburn in basically anything, but to see both of the top 2 instate teams ranked so high in basketball is pretty cool.
