Auburn is now one of six programs to reach the NCAA Finals in at least 9 of the past 10 seasons.

Vanderbilt, Texas, and Oklahoma have reached the finals in all 10 of the last 10 tournaments. Auburn, Oklahoma St, and Illinois have reached the Finals 9 times during the last 10 seasons.

Arizona State can technically make it 9 if they reach the Top 5 in their regional, but it’s not looking good for them.

A lot of upsets in the Regionals based on the rankings going into the week.

There will be 30 teams make the finals, but these all appear on track to miss the cut:

#3 Arizona State
#7 Ole Miss
#8 Arkansas
#9 Washington
#10 Alabama
#19 Georgia
#24 Oregon
#25 Duke

Half the Top 10 missing the cut is quite surprising.

Texas extended its streak of 17 consecutive NCAA tournament qualifications with a resounding win at the NCAA Austin Regional, ending the three-day tournament at 27-under, 16 shots ahead of runners-up Tennessee.
