Mowed the yard this morning Played ball in the backyard with my kid Watching these early games now Heading to Foley shortly for the game at 6pm May get some Dairy Queen on the way home and watch A&M vs Texas for the nightcap There have been better days but they are few in number...

Army is what you’d expect them to be: very athletic, very disciplined, fearless at the plate (they were crowding that motherfricker all day yesterday), fundamentally sound, and intelligent. They’re a really fantastic team, they just don’t have top end arms and huge bats (for fairly obvious reasons). ...

My wife and I had it before we had kids and would hit the AMC Dine In twice a week. Saw some really good movies and some absolute trash and loved every minute we got out of it....

Depends on how you define Austin. Hill Country just beyond the city limits is really cool and enjoyable even without a big event or festival to go to. But if you need a big attraction on a non-festival or game weekend beyond just wandering around, yeah, you might be left wanting in Austin proper. Re...
