Without Herring relief pitching this year this team would have been out of playoff contention weeks ago.
Yep. LSU would probably be like 7-22 in the SEC without Herring ...
He also may have cost us last week
So he’s like 6+ and 1 in saving/costing LSU games this year. Anyone complaining about Herring is a clown. Guy has been more valuable to this team than pretty much anyone else on the roster ...

This team has an incredible ability to not bring in RISP ...
It’s hard to just restock to that level.
We aren’t talking about restocking to another CWS. We’re talking about making the NCAA tournament ...
Gotta love the hypotheticals. There are just as many "what ifs" that helped us win games.
Yep. Both of our 2 run wins against A&M came with the help of 2 unearned runs. People can say this team is unlucky and all that BS all they want but that all balances out. They just don’t remem...
You should personally drive to Oxford and revoke their 2022 CWS trophy.
They won 14 games. If LSU was able to win 14 they wouldn’t have to worry about all this other BS ...

”He’s a dude” to describe a great baseball player ...
And one of their losses has a huge asterisk by it. They hit a three-run home run against Mandeville in the 6th which would have sealed the game but the ump called it foul (it was four feet inside the pole) and admitted he didn’t see it clear the fence so he had to stick with the call on the f...

Keep seeing this graphic but since 1999 is irrelevant. For about half that period only 8 teams made the SEC tourney and you weren’t getting in the NCAA if you didn’t even make the SEC. What’s actually relevant is the statistics since the SEC moved to a 12 team tourney ...
This stat is funny. LSU with only 6 passed balls. That's funny right there.
It’s a horseshite stat. If it’s in the dirt but should be blocked up they call it a wild pitch. Kinda like when someone misjudges a pop up but it doesn’t hit the glove it’s not an error ...
couple of breaks and LSU sweeps bama.
Didn’t even need a couple breaks. Just needed average catching and they sweep. Obviously the bad throw by Milazzo Friday and today Neal cost us 2 runs because he let a ball at his shoulder get to the backstop ...
LSU gave up 4 runs, 3 of which came from a passed ball and a LF dropping a ball in his glove and you’re blaming pitching. Some people on here are truly retarded ...
We sweep this weekend with just average catching behind the plate. We’d be sitting pretty at 12-15 in the SEC if we could make a throw to first Friday night and we don’t give up a passed ball early today that ultimately allows 2 runs to score by taking away the double play. ...
Trav has a way better chance to run into one there than the other 2. Poor decision to leave him on the bench there ...
Same way we walk the bases loaded Friday night and don’t even get a mound visit....
and even then we may need some help. UF and Vandy need to go winless at UK and at Georgia so we finish ahead of them to feel comfortable about getting in regardless of what happens in Hoover.
This. There are 10 SEC teams ahead of us that have been locks for weeks. I doubt the SEC get...
