Highest rated HS QB since Trevor Lawrence.

Will be nice as he pairs up with the #1 WR and #1 RB as well.

Hope Mizzou can keep up.

Ewers was rated higher than Lawerence as a Jr. That only changed when he reclassified to leave a year early.

Commitments don't really mean shite IMO. Will be nearly a year before he can put pin to paper and that is the only thing that matters.

Top rated QBs like this rarely flip once committed.

They want to be heavily involved in recruiting the rest of the class to join them.

Until the kid signs, it means nothing. Even then, with the portal and NIL, until he's on the field not a lot matters. Following recruiting now is about like trying to keep up with the Kardashians.

At this point I’m not sure it’s worth chasing these top 5 QBs. Almost all will transfer after a year or two no matter what. You can’t ease a QB in like you can a 5 star at any other position.

This is true, not all the top QB's coming out of HS will have NFL legends in their family offering advice. Everyone knows no matter how highly rated there may be one per decade ready to play straight out of HS, yet many will transfer if they arent factoring in early...or heaven forbid have to compete for the job! *Clutches pearls*

Curious how many #1 QBs historically do well in college. And more than that, have an NFL career worth a damn.

Too lazy to look it up myself.
