You can blame the refs all you want but this was on the coaches & the team. Our multi-million dollar team couldn't beat Yale? seriously? So how many tourneys will we be satisfied with going one and done. This team was supposed to be able to go to next weekend.
If our guys couldn't get motivated or our coaches couldn't have plays taking it to the rim and get their big in foul trouble early and often then that is on them. Sorry for the rant but really tired of excuses as we will hear in the presser.

Pure BS. The coaches weren't the ones missing FT's and turning the ball over. This is on the players and their decision making.

This is our first one and done in the NCAA in an eternity, but agree with the rest of your point. Offense cooked when we went inside out and we didn’t do that near enough.

How is it an excuse when if you take the bs ref calls out of the equation this game is won by AU? The amount of fouling that went unchecked on Yale but not Auburn. The same foul that Auburn draw, Yale does not. The same play that Yale does, and then Auburn does gives two different results. Could our guys have played better? Yes. Could CBM not have been an idiot and just let something go? Yes. Would Auburn had won if the game was called evenly with the aforementioned two things still occurring? Yes.
