All of the women complaining that the WNBA players don’t make enough are the same ones who do not support any of the teams. They don’t watch it on tv or go to the games. It’s simple math. When your league generates less viewership than msnbc, you’re probably not going to generate much ad revenue.

Knew there was a discrepancy between the amount women were paid compared to the men, but didn't realize it was that big. Of course, players like Clark and Reese will still have a lot of income coming in from their endorsements deals, but that's still embarrassing to see the large gap in salaries.

They care about their schools. They may get some to follow Clark, Reese, etc., but it won't be enough to effect any major changes in tv deals. I'd like to see them make more, but the economics are not there.
