Former Ohio State defensive lineman Hero Kanu announced his commitment to Texas on Wednesday.
The 6’4, 315-pound lineman from Geltendorf, Germany, visited Texas, Florida, and Georgia before committing to the Longhorns.
Kanu spent three seasons with the Buckeyes as a reserve defensive lineman. He had 14 tackles and one sack over the past two years. He will have two years of eligibility remaining at Texas.
