Dawgman has confirmed that former Texas wide receiver, Johntay Cook, who signed with Washington in December after entering the transfer portal, has left the team. The move comes after the wide receiver and coach Jedd Fisch made the decision to part ways in a meeting this afternoon.
Cook, a former five-star prospect from Desoto, Texas, caught just 16 passes for 273 yards and two touchdowns over the past two years in Austin.
