Official: Texas A&M Has Fired Jimbo Fisher

The University of Texas A&M officially fired head coach Jimbo Fisher, effectively immediately. He is owed nearly $76 million.
Aggies co-defensive coordinator and D-line coach Elijah Robinson will serve as the interim coach.
Texas A&M (6-4, 4-3 SEC) is coming off a 51-10 victory over Mississippi State on Saturday. Fisher was 45-25 in six seasons at College Station.
