Ricky Parks Will Not Return To Auburn

AL.com is reporting that Auburn H-Back Ricky Parks will not be returning to the team in 2014. Coach Gus Malzahn confirmed the news on Tuesday.

Parks was a scholarship player at Auburn in 2012 but was dismissed from the team in August 2013 for an undisclosed violation of team rules before his redshirt freshman season. Malzahn did not provide a reason for Parks' second departure from the program.

"He will not be back," Malzahn said.

Parks, a 6-foot-3, 268-pound star out of Callaway High in Hogansville, Ga played last season at Northeast Mississippi Community College. He caught six passes for 59 yards and two touchdowns.
