A Cake version of War Pigs I was only recently made aware of.

Leaning into the Jerry Garcia Band lately. Perfect background music. Some of their covers are pretty interesting too. Simple Twist of Fate and Sitting in Limbo are two of my favs right now.

I think I joined retooc’s step brother’s board in the Spring sometime. When football season started, all the users were bitching because the annual pick ‘em where the winner got a $25 gift card to Outback Steakhouse hadn’t been started. It was a time of upheaval and turmoil. Discontent was everywhere , the bitching and pleading for the pick ‘em. Users were up in arms over this. The desire to compete for a free blooming onion . Then one Sunday evening I watched a hit movie (at the time) named The Hunger Games thru Comcast on demand for probably $17 when that shite was expensive. And when it was over and I was still baked I logged into DawGrant for kicks and there was a thread about hanging retooc’s brother in law from an oak tree for not doing a pickem this year. So I posted a picture of
the Donald Sutherland character from the Hunger Games movie advertising a new pick em. Which I thought would be mocked and ridiculed and shite on. But whenever I went back to Check in the next day after work, people had actually signed up. And so it went. Eventually we ended up with user slave markets and drafts and Zapruder films showing footballs handed to refs and coin tosses confirmed by the SEC Commissioners office and too much to list and also there were never bigger melts in e- history anywhere in history.
