Seems pretty straightforward, I don't believe anybody wants to win more than Kirby.

IMO as to staff, get rid of the OC; DC. try to get Monken and Muschamp back and I’d try to get Pittman back as well. That fat arse needs to pulled out of Arky and lose some weight.
And not starting Gunnar next season would be a mistake. See how he does in spring training and then decide.

UGA would be crazy to fire Glenn Schumann as the DC. He’s a damn good coach and recruiter. This makes no sense at all.

Monken is the OC for the Ravens who are leading the AFC North and clenched a playoff birth. Zero chance he leaves to come back to NCAA.

Nothing wrong with DC or OC. It’s the talent/execution.
Against good defenses you need elite talent, something we don’t have. Now, our defense is legit - however, you have to pay them in this age. A limited amount of money, so what gets the emphasis?

I remember watching Monken walking with his family in the dawg walk into Sanford stadium for the natty ceremony, dude was done. No interaction or looking at the fans.

I knew he was leaving in that moment and not coming back to college

Searles and Coley.

Bobo isn't going anywhere.

That's quite an ambitious wishlist you've put together there!

pretty bold prediction by Pollak. If it's not true, then he will look pretty bad. I guess he's in the media and all but I imagine he still has trusting friends in the program that wouldn't want to be tied to a leak. Seems like Searels would be the first to go.

Pure speculation
Bobo will "retire" or step back to spend more time with family and 3 kids in high school
Searls was a Bobo friend, new OC gets to help pick the OL coach
Other changes, who knows.
