First time ever that they’ve drafted a Dawg in the 1st round, which is wild to think about.

There was less than a minute on the Falcons draft clock and they showed Jalon Walker looking nervous and like he had to take a shite and staring at his phone. At that point it was "Damn! The Falcons ain't choosing Jalon Walker." But then it happened lol.

I know I’m in the minority but I kinda don’t like this. The organization now gets to say “Yall can shut up now we drafted a Georgia guy high” but they drafted one of our least “sure thing” players in recent memory. I LOVE JW but he’s not a sure thing at all. He’s got all the mental aspects. Character. Toughness. Drive. Etc. but the NFL is a size based league. If you’re going to be undersized and excel you have to be a freak athlete. JW is a great athlete but not a freak. I really hope it works out and he’s a perennial all-pro but this is risky.
