247 moves up average sip recruits as usual - not really surprising. Only in-state recruit Texas got worth a damn is Whittington. Dude would be good, with good coaching. Something he obviously isn't going to get in Austin

Texas was terrible in state, and lost almost every head to head with OU and A&M. And we'll see what Texas is actually able to pull on the OL in 2020. I'd expect their little 3* to move up to four star status soon, just because he committed to Texas

Clockwork.

How do Ags feel about Shepherd? As a Longhorn it would be nice to have him because of his potential but he seems like a guy that’ll be in the portal rather quickly.

A&M thinks he is the only recruit worth taking.
More insecurity by aggy.

Texas fans can admit they missed on Cupp and Leal.
Funny thing is...that Cupp was a no name 3 star recruit this time last year.

Talk about recruiting bump.
He deserves it like Owens and Hookfin.

Honest answer or troll answer?

Honest answer? He'll redshirt under Jim Turner, then eventually grow into a starter. The only one in the 2019 class who is GUARANTEED to play is Kenyon Green, and he likely starts at tackle, moving returning starter Dan Moore inside to guard unless either Matthews or Jenkins beats him out...in which case, a returning starter moves to the bench. Unless Shepherd shows so much that he unseats 2-year returning starter Carson Green, he's redshirting. A&M may not lose a single member of the THREE-DEEP offensive line between 2019 and 2020.

Physically, he has the potential along with Blake Trainor to be one of the largest offensive linemen A&M has ever seen.

Troll answer? frick t.u.

Kenyon Green is a guard

Truthfully I think Shepherd is playing you.
The rumor is that FWK asked for money to cancel all visits
They were told no of course

But Shepherd and FWK are not on talking terms.
Shepherd felt like a hoe and FWK was the pimp.
He was being pimped out to other teams and only given crumbs.

Reason why he is saying "My family needs to eat"

The guy is a low level street
hustler.

He is too greedy and screws his recruits.
Aggy would be smart to stay away from him because any school can turn his players against him because they are hoes around him.
Gets rich off others.

Shepherd is still a Texas lean, my opinion on him and FWK won’t change when he chooses the burnt orange hat on the 6th.

Yes Green is a guard...despite every site projecting him at tackle...despite him DOMINATING the UA all american game at tackle...despite Jim Turner, who put 4 tackles into the NFL as first round picks, including 2 top 10 picks projecting him at tackle.

FWK supposedly could have have federal charges filed on him for money laundering.
Like I said he is a low level street hustler.
A lot better ones in Houston

I have my ear to the ground in Fort Bend, Montgomery and Galveston County.

The trust factor with FWK has declined in the last year.
The guy is too greedy.
aggy would be smart to cut him off because the guy takes all the money...

If you are going to pay a bagman at least make sure the bagman takes care of the recruit

Name a Texas recruit besides Whittington that A&M wanted? You can’t - they are all out of state recruits. Who knows what happens with Shepard- he’s a flake, no matter who gets him.

I liked Smith, Floyd, and Whittington. The rest? You can have them sips - they don’t really raise the needle at all.

Not including McCoy because we never actually recruited him.

So Shepherd is a flake?

Poor Jimbo...

He spent all Friday at Clear Creek HS.
Clear Creek is all aggy....

Chad Lindberg won't be there this weekend....
Jimbo wasted an entire Friday on Lindberg.
Even had the principal begging Chad's mom to look at aggy...

Unbiased view

Tyler Owens is a beast

His video is of two things.
Him killing people or him chasing people down and killing them.

He was running over players.
Check the district he plays in
No bitches

Lindbergh if smart will go to a real school, and a real one for OL like Stanford. Texas hasn’t had a decent OL drafted in forever

I’d hate to see him waste away in Austin.

Conner Williams is a decent lineman.

Appreciate the Stanford mention. But Texas seems to be doing more with its motley crew than Stanford with its five star lineman these days. Neither is all that much but Texas at least appears to have some spit.
