Pat Hudson is the prize. Duvernay is fast, but most teams didn't believe he was worth tasking his brother too. Only TCU and Texas offered both. Texas will likely have to "trap door" a player to keep them both.

I'm not sure he's the prize. Devin Duvernay, 10.27 100 meter, 36th rated player overall on 247 composite, could very well end up being the best take from Baylor's class. Him and Hudson are no doubt 1a and 1b though.
