Could be special. He has signed 5 4 star players to JSU in 2 recruiting cycles, proving his recruiting prowess. Everyone knows that the last 3 coaches at LSU won titles.

Prime Time would not do well in a serious league. He is OK for the SWAC but his persona would rub most coaches and the commissioner the wrong way

Sanders is all about promoting Sanders. He has little interest in Jackson State other than it being a catalyst to promote his brand. He got up and left a interview with a local sports reporter because reporter referred to him as Coach Sanders instead of Coach Prime.

I'll admit it's impressive what he's done at Jackson State.
Jackson State wasn't just a SWAC team but a BAD SWAC team when he took over.
In year 2 he already had a competitive game with ULM which may not be that impressive until you realize SWAC schools get crushed even by Sun Belt Schools. And beyond that one 12-7 loss to them, he's 6-1 in year 2. Meaning 6-0 in reality.
I agree he should probably go to G5 first. But if we're talking about his ego being an issue, Ole Miss deals with Lane Kiffin doing the same thing.
