Bout 4-5 years ago, Tennessee fans didn't care about baseball either.

That game was amazing!!!! I was shocked that it bombed though. I truly though a lot more people would have bought and played it

This is like when your 10 year old asks you why Joe Milton wasn't drafted in the first round. "Dad, he can throw the ball the farthest."

It's a big 3 sport but gets treated like lacrosse. I don't get it. Are the media economics not great?

Meanwhile, shocker, they play up softball like we give a shite.

Not many people care about college baseball. Not sure what your "big 3" is about. It's not even remotely comparable to the others.

Most people who like baseball watch MLB. And you can find broadcasts of it all over. With as many games as they play, there is no shortage of games to watch.

As for softball, it's extremely popular across the country, from coast to coast. My CEO's daughters all play, and they travel all across California for tourneys etc every year(He also loves baseball, but only MLB). I don't think I need to point out how popular it is in the south. And there isn't a professional softball league, so it's the top of the sport.

Literally all sensible lsu fans understand college baseball is a regional sport and just enjoy being elite at it. With that said it’s slowly but surely growing in popularity.

But sweet LSU melt

And the girls throwing in OKC right now that regularly touch 70 mph are throwing the reaction time equivalent of 101-105 in baseball mph.

The emphasis of the setup of the sport is different because women are different.

More college baseball and less garbage like corn hole, rock climbing and teq ball couldn't hurt their ratings.
