What's the deal with former LSU and current Ole Miss QB Walker Howard?

Former 5* QB. Left LSU appearing to want more playing time and going into his 3rd year next year, will be running 3rd team behind Dart and Sanders. Best case, Sanders leaves and he still doesnt start until year 4.

Maybe the same thing that happened to Mitch mustain, 5 star national high school player of the year. He was no good on the d1 college level. System qb in high school under malazahn.

Keeping him away from other SEC teams was the only thing gained. And I guess pushed dart in the off-season.

I respect Gundy for telling Sanders to hit the road after his extortion effort. Coaches that let players dictate things will fail. Oklahoma State sans Spencer Sanders played for the Big 12 championship this year while Sanders got to think about what he did. A lot of these transfer kids are finding out they aren’t as good as they thought they were.

Look we didn’t have a QB go down like FSU. So it was a waste. We covered our bases. But he is a good QB.

Not sure Howard made a bad decision leaving LSU. With Collins, Hurley, Underwood, no guarantee he ever would have started.
