Vandy wasn’t an offensive issue it was a defensive one. Milroe was off one game against tennesee on the road and we barely lost. Then the offense started shrinking and shrinking and shrinking to where it was legitimately nothing but qb runs and jam miller. He used to get plays to throw deep balls off play action. Deep crossers. Sideways passes never work for us and resulted in the game ender. Why did the offense shrink so much? 4 had what 3 passing against Georgia nearly buck 50 on the ground?

Vols started your decline in 2022 and put a stamp on it this year.

Milroe was off against any team that didn’t respect his arm. He threw some perfect passes in the first quarter against Georgia and even against Vandy, but from the South Carolina game onward he was back to 2023 Milroe. LSU just played piss poor defense and Mercer is obviously less talented.

Fixed.
Tennessee may never legitimately beat Alabama again.
