According to Sportsnaut.com. What do y'all think?
Keep in mind that the author, Matt Johnson, is a San Diego State grad (2019, fresh out of diapers), but based in Big 10 country in Indianapolis, IN.
When it comes to ranking the best in college football stadiums, a variety of factors are in play, and it depends on the individual’s preference as far as which venues are among the NCAA’s true elite.
For us, the atmosphere, stadium capacity, surrounding backdrop and scenery all play huge roles, as does how prominent the team that plays there is in the modern game.
Sorry, Matt...I've been to nearly every one of these stadiums at one time or another and based on your criteria, your top three are fine except they do lag behind a few SEC stadiums you have ranked lower. Just my opinion, but this ranking is YOUR opinion and you're entitled to it. I say this so my SEC audience is aware and believe me, The Rant...IS....aware!
Just Missed: Lane Stadium (Virginia Tech), Oklahoma Memorial Stadium (Oklahoma Sooners)
23. Husky Stadium, Washington Huskies
22. Michie Stadium, Army Black Knights
21. LaVell Edwards Stadium, BYU Cougars
20. Memorial Stadium, Nebraska Cornhuskers
19. Albertsons Stadium, Boise State Broncos

No way Michigan, Penn State, and Ohio State are ahead of LSU.
Penn state arguably shouldn’t be too 5, it’s only saving grace is the white out games. Michigan is on par with Texas in terms of environment.
*Edit: Michigan has a better atmosphere than Ohio State*
List is garbage.

The mere fact that the author included Los Angeles Memorial Stadium tells you that he's never really been to these locations.
That thing is literally in "historic" South Central LA.
Kids, you noticing all this plight?

The M by the Sun Bowl stands for Massive Titties tho, not Mizzou.

UTEP students who have helped whitewash the “M” on the mountain will admit it is one of the hardest jobs they ever loved.
Lugging buckets of slake lime and water, brushes and brooms up the mountain to manicure the giant letter can be physically taxing.
In 1924, a surveying crew from the College of Mines and Metallurgy (now UTEP) prepared the site the day before many of the 96-member student body played hooky. In the evening, students outlined the new “M” with red flares that could be seen well into the Lower Valley.
“It really was a festive time; kind of like a party. There were plenty of pretty girls and free food. It was fun.”
Adding another coat of lime on this 104' tall, 103' wide “M” (on a 32-degree slope) has become a part of tradition. It's scheduled annually around St. Patrick’s Day, the patron saint of engineers.

Rose Bowl is overrated
Got rated high because of the backdrop. Same for BYU, Boise, and Colorado.
