What's the name of the tune played by college bands that towards the end they chant "We're gonna beat the hell out of you!" and then chant a team theme like...
state does-
Maroon, White, FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! Mississippi State! wooooooooooohhh! DAMN RIGHT!
Ole Miss does Hotty Toddy, Bama does the bama jamma thing or whatever....
What are some other chants SEC schools do in that song?
My main question is this....What's the name of that song/tune used to do this in? I want to download it. Thanks in advance.

Bama stole the "We're going to beat the hell out of you" from Ole Miss. OM's band director left for Bama back in the day and took it with him or something. They used to call it the Ole Miss, and they still signal it with a big "O" for ole miss.

I thought it sounded very similar.
But when ya'll do it it is before the game and it's kind of fun
Bama does it after they win , kind of like kicking a man when he is down..
Kind of risky at away games...

I just downloaded it on Limewire....it's cool but I would much rather have a college band playing it on cd than Gary Glitter...any suggestions on what to type in to search for on limewire and find a band playing it?

Never know how some people will react and when you get that many people in one place never know what will happen.
I was at the bama game in tuscaloosa and some nice bama girl saw me in a gold shirt and put a pair of beads arond my neck about a block later some dude was calling me out for wearing beads..My response was i got them from his mother and he shut up but still all kinds of people out there..

It was awesome when State did it before the Washington game (March Madness this year). State's band is so loud.... They were playing it and the ref was waiting and waiting to throw up the tip off and finally had to go get the band to quit playing it.

Well it naturally makes more sense anyway.
I mean you rarely get to hear it at Ole Miss anyway.

Pre SEC Arkansas did it too. Here's a very low quality video but its from the EARLY 90s, when we played in the SWC Basketball Tournament in Dallas. Arkansas fans took Reunion Arena over every year, outnumbering all other SWC fans combined. At about 1:00, you hear our fans do the cheer. Subsequent band directors didn't carry on the tradition.
