Why are his fingernails painted orange? Before I make fun of him (he might be doing this for some kid with cancer), I wanted to see if anyone knows why?

It's been happening for a long time. Some used to use liquid paper.

Folks are probably more used to catchers using tape on their fingers to make it more visible than nail polish.
