My PAC- 10 sources in Seattle say they’ve heard this rumor too. It may only be a rumor but it’s picking up steam .

Because there's no guarantee he will be the starting QB, he'd have three years to play if he redshirted, and Chip Kelly. Not saying he will transfer because I have no idea, but there are definitely reasons that make sense. There are also aspects that wouldn't make a lot of sense regarding his family.

I ate Hawaiian plate lunches this week at two different da kine places here on the Left Coast.
The sauces I consulted while mowing down said grinds tell me Tua is definitely headed to La La Land.
