Of ALL the OC he hired, he stumbled into 2 that was going through his coach rehab program that had potential under his discipline. And people had some doubts about why he would take a chance on coaches who had such major issues. Granted they seemed to work out great for him. Outside those 2 the rest was not very memorable.

Saban had a chance to go get QBS out of the portal but he refused to do so. He also allowed the team to dictate who he started at QB because they claimed he "won the lockeroom". When his assistant coaches told him that Milroe was no QB and needed to change positions. When Saban tried to change QB, the team revolted so he caved to their demands.
