When you on probation and you commit another crime generally the judge gives you the new charge and the original sentence unsuspended.i was in drug court years ago which is 20 months had I commuted another drug charge while in drug court, I 3 old habe to do all of 4 hat now new plus 60 months but instead of 60 months probation which would hAve been my original sentence m it would have been 5 yeas I prison, plus the new change , ran consecutively, I would have been looking at 10-11 yes behind bars, for a victimless crime no less but oh well
