Of 15 years on the national scale. Are there any other P5 coaches from outside of the SEC that any of the top SEC programs could hire and those coaches would be more successful immediately at their new school?

Uhh...Kalen DeBoer? "More successful immediately" is near impossible following Saban, but I don't think Bama will fade much if at all with an ex-Washington coach.
