That was horrible situational awareness by that pitcher which is also a bad reflection on the coaching. However seeing it happened to Texas, I'll allow it

TTU had probably scouted that pitcher enough to know that he took focus off the plate and the runner.
They knew if they had a fast runner on third he was going.
