I can just see the defense in that one:

"Your honor, not only did FSU agree to the rules along with everyone else, but they actively fought AGAINST expanding the playoffs in which, if they had not, they'd be in it RIGHT NOW."

Glad to know that my tax payer dollars are being wasted, so they can try to get votes from FSU fans.

Many of you won't believe this, but when I was young, the GOP was about small government & fiscal conservatism.

The GOP may campaign on that, but the reality is that they have never shrank the size of government.

Weaponized grievance and acting like stupid, spoiled teenagers is so much more entertaining though. They're giving the people what they want. I'm pretty sure Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho could actually get elected now. And he'd be better than at least half of what is in Congress.

FSU athletics are always broke and the state always bails them out.

It truly is a circus.

It's the committee's opinion to put their 4 best in. There's nothing you can about it. The committee's text messages and phone calls could all be released and they could all be trolling FSU but it still wouldn't matter. It's their opinion who the 4 best are.

Probably just a way to redirect some money to a law firm that is owned by a Desantis donor.

So they're going to sue AFTER it's over? Definitely a solid use of taxpayer funds.

Their first call will be the LSU Athletics department to get the number of that billboard guy......We can only hope they don't get Alex Shanarrah on their side!
