LSU is a blueblood. Thanks for confirming what we already knew. Also, LSU should be above georgia hamds down.

I'd put Auburn in the top 50 but not top 40.

Tell me u hate LSU without telling me u hate LSU. Lol. LSU, love us or hate us, is without a doubt a top 10 program all time. IMO LSU should definitely be ahead of Uga.

All-time? No. Last 20 years? Definitely.

Uh...the last 20 years counts in an ALL TIME list. U cant determine the timeframe to be considered in an ALL TIME list lol

Btw. Everybody that knows cfb would have LSU in the top 10 programs of all time. U sound like a fool.

More like...all time yes. Last 20 years...LSU is definitely around 2-3 behind bama and maybe ohio state.

No. Nor should they be ahead of Ohio State or Notre Dame.

Dude, calm down. You people are delusional. Also, no one was talking about Auburn because they're not a top 10 all-time team. We're not debating that.

You can have an objective conversation regardless of who you're a fan of.

Now if LSU hired Marcus Freeman, I could see an argument for top 10.

Cheers

The LSU Tigers football team's all-time record is 850–438–47, with a winning percentage of .654.

That doesn’t cut it.

What does LSU hypothetically hiring marcus feeman have to do with this list of what teams have actually accomplished and why the list is composed to begin with? Wtf are u even talking about?

As much as I despise the golden domers they should be #2.

I think the right teams are on there, but I’d rank them

Bama
ND
Ohio State
Oklahoma
Southern Cal
Michigan
Nebraska
Texas
Georgia
LSU

Somewhat surprised that Pedo State isn't in the top 10

Solid list, order can always be debated

Usc .694

...so out of a thousand games. Usc would have won 40 more games than LSU (thats .4 wins more a season if they played 100 10 game seasons) despite historically playing in a weaker conference. Nice. Proves alot.

This is a better list.

The thing about LSU/UGA is that LSU has one more NC, and has the head to head, whereas UGA has more SECCs. It's a coin toss if you ignore recency bias. Texas too, your 8-10 are nearly indistinguishable.

Yep, 8-10 there’s not a lot of difference really.

Georgia and LSU both have a much better history over the last 50 years. If we were just using that period Texas wouldn’t make the top 10 and LSU and Georgia both would be higher

Who's knocking at the door to get into the top 10 next? I would say the next one out of florida, florida state and miami to win a national championship probably moves into #10, bumping out probably nebraska.

The florida teams championships have all been clustered pretty close together so they all need a recent one to join the discussion.
