I wasn't a fan of Alberts as a hire and I remain in my belief he is a bad fit for AD.

I know that tradition means a whole lot, but Aggie needs to get with the times and ditch some of the weird culture stuff like yell leaders shite. Its not the 50s anymore, most people are turned off by it. Great fanbase and support though.
