It’s not even halftime of the Ark MSU game and the hogs are ahead…so this isn’t whining about referees costing “my” team a game.

SEC refs are inept. Out of position, staring down players anticipating a chance to blow a whistle, calling what they expected to happen vs what did….just embarrassing.

I don’t think they cheat. I think they just suck. They suck so bad, the home team fans inevitably get on them….then they start calling it lopsided.

Can we not pay them enough that the SEC can have competent basketball refs? They are ruining what should be a great game.

We had one of those games against Vandy the other day. Just whistle, whistle, whistle.

But college basketball refs as a whole are terrible. And God forbid you have teams that like to run high tempo.

They've been embarrassingly bad lately. For the past two games, they've called more charge/block calls wrong than right.

There's not. But there's a group of guy that consistently call SEC games.

And I haven't seen a table for this year but I know the last 2-3 years as a league the SEC has more fouls called than anyone else in the country.
