Basketball coaches would kill to have the Arkansas job after Cal.

Dang, I didn’t realize Florida got Golden that cheap.

Our admin is never gonna "steal" a HC in football or basketball. Always a "young up and comer." Worked out for Golden, 99% chance it won't work out for Napier.

Golden way under paid.

Now, but he was probably at a good range considering his resume. Doesn't take much to hire a coach from U of San Fran.

In a little over 3 years he will likely be increasing his salary more than 10X.

$37,500: for the Gators making the NCAA Tournament

We're the only school that pays their basketball coach more than the football coach.

Saban retired, who did Cal tie his salary to at Arkansas?

The potential is much higher in basketball than football.

That is why I believe the future hires in basketball will be paid more than in football.
