Exactly one of those games is worth watching

Alabama/AU rarely disappoints. I hope you are right.

I don't think football fans have ever had more drama in a 3 day period...ever.

I keep seeing people refer to three days. Aren’t there 2 games on Friday and the rest on Saturday?

Lots of great match ups and I need to run split screens to keep up.

are we really staying with only one permanent and not getting Texas and Aggies every year? I have a feeling that game may set some kind of record

i'd much rather OU/TX continue and LSU/A&M.

Re setting records, it will prob be the biggest sports crowd in history of state of Texas, any sport at any level, and the most expensive live gate- super bowls included.

GT is a bad matchup for UGA. They get to the edge as quickly as any team and defending the edge has been an issue for UGA many times this year. That game might be a nail biter for UGA fans to the end.

The only teams who don't like their prom dates this weekend: - Arkansas - LSU

Arkansas and LSU fans are just miserable people in general.

I still dont understand why we didnt go back to historical OU vs Mizzou and LSU vs Arkansas matchups on rivalry weekend.

Have there been any answers on why these matchups weren't chosen?

My opinion?

LSU can't be permanent rivals with both Arkansas and Ole Miss, and they chose Ole Miss.

Why can't they be permanent rivals with both Arkansas and Ole Miss?

Because 2 of their rivals must come from this list.

Alabama - AUB + TN
Auburn - AL + GA
Florida - GA + TN
Georgia - FL + AUB
A&M - LSU + TX
Texas - OU + A&M
Oklahoma - TX + OU
Tennessee - AL + FL
LSU - A&M + OU

Then each team adds 1 of the other 7 schools.

AL - Miss State
AUB - Vanderbilt
GA - S Carolina
FL - Kentucky
A&M - Miss State
TX - Arkansas
OU - Missouri
LSU - Ole Miss
TN - Vanderbilt

The other option was LSU vs FL and OU vs TN

But this is just my opinion.
