Texas isn't ready for the SEC grind.

You’ve played road series at Mizzou and Kentucky and still have at Arkansas and at OU. I acknowledge the series wins against LSU and Auburn at home. Stunningly to no one, y’all didn’t actually get an SEC grind schedule.

They will find another excuse until we start winning conference titles. For now it’s “their schedule is sooooo easy lol”

Excuse, fact… call it whatever you want, big guy.

Show us where the grind is in the texas schedule?

It’s pretty wild how Texas is the only team to not play a tough road series.

Consider the goalposts moved.
"Every weekend in the SEC is a grind. That's why it's so hard."
"Well except for the teams you guys have played and beaten. You got an easy schedule."
Posted on 4/19/25 at 9:00 am to Longhorn Actual
So you agree your schedule has been easy?
Posted on 4/19/25 at 9:01 am to Mr Sausage
It’s year one moron, what’s ATMs excuse lol
And last I checked the SEC was supposed to be a grind week in and week out. How quickly team SEC changed their narrative. And ATM you had you chance…at home….in one of the biggest sellouts in program history and you didn’t score an offensive touchdown ??.
How do you like those FACTS!

Texas wins road series. "It wasn't a tough series."
LSU loses road series. "It's the SEC. Winning on the road is tough. That's why it's so important to win your home series."

Unless I missed it, no one is arguing football results.
We’re in agreement that in year one, texas has gotten pretty much the easiest baseball schedule in the conference? Got it.

Texas hasn’t played any of the top 13 teams in the SEC (by RPI) on the road. That’s not moving goal posts, that’s just a fact.

Hey guys, let's chill a little bit in the baseball threads please.
I normally don't get between rivals, but I have noticed these threads have turned into a shitshow, and that is not what they are for. We normally, or at least used to be a little more diplomatic in the daily threads, and saved the sass for the postseason.
Let's at least have some fun and put some comedy in our trolling and make it a little more light hearted. That way these threads are enjoyable for everyone and not just the folks at the top of the standings.
Thanks

We're 15-2 in the SEC, with series wins against
MSU, who won a road series AT ranked Alabama
#2 LSU
#3 UGA
Kentucky, who won a road series AT Aggy
#8 Auburn, who won series against #13 Vandy, #8 Alabama, #3 LSU (sweep)
I wouldn't call it easy, but then again...
15-2. Maybe you're right and the SEC is easy for Texas.

First it’s football and now baseball that you SEC folks are crying about the schedule lol. We haven’t lost a series yet and you will get your chance next weekend. I’m sure you will keep crying and making excuses though like Aggie always does
Posted on 4/19/25 at 9:17 am to Longhorn Actual
LOL the Aggies will beat yall next week.
