QBs in the NFL are either physical phenoms or they have average talent but they have it between the ears. Owners and scouts have learned what to look for in busts.

They still have to either fit the system or have it built around them. That’s why a great college QB fails in the NFL (e.g. Tebow).
At Colorado, Sanders had the entire team structured to fit him.
