From what I have gathered from Kristen's friends on social media, she has been separated from her husband for some time and has been going through a divorce since (at least) the fall. I know she hadn't been going by her married name on Instagram fore quite a while and when she rejoined Twitter after Saban retired it was as Kristen Saban. When she had been on Twitter prior to deleting her account she had been going by her married name.

My theory -
This jackass was trying to blackmail her and her daddy
They did not pay ; so he drops these photos and makes up a story about being blackmailed himself
