Like those who came before him,
former Vol leader Proot is looking at
Knoxville in the rear view and his pad is
on the market---just down the same
street from Butch's former nest, which remains
unsold.
Butch's Former Digs, $3,595,000

Jeremy's place, $3,399,000

Eh, the incoming head coach will probably end up buying it. I’m not certain about this but I think the Saban family ended up buying the house in North River the Shula family lived in during his tenure.

Really? Thats odd, even if I was saban and I wasn't already a way bigger name than my predecessor I still wouldn't want to live in the same house the guy before me lived and had failed. Just seems like bad juju when there are plenty of bad arse homes in that price range.

Saban didn't buy Shula's house. He lives on the other side of the river.

Interesting thing about Shula, is that when he was fired, he was days away from moving in to a brand new house he had custom built in the same neighborhood as his old one. He had to sell two houses at North River after he was fired.

Ole baw didnt waste any money on wall art. Looks pretty good anyway.

Didnt see much of that "gaudy orange" as Sandra Bullock called it in The Blind Side... just sayin.

One big plus. No hairs on the floor or in the sink drains...

in Knox sure but Blount county they would be bargain deals. The market 30 miles from Knoxville is way up with limited inventory. And folks are still buying. I’ve seen more Porsche, mazerati, Tesla’s, etc in the pick up line at my daughters school than at the Masters members parking.

And it would appear Proot had damn near drained
that bottle of Jim Beam Black Extra Aged.

Shula must have thought he was coach for life.
