Ole Miss had no shot.

No team has ever won a national title with less than a 50% blue chip ratio (fewer than 43 blue chips).

Ole Miss has 30 blue chips. They never had enough talent to win a title this year.

Fun fact. We don't have a blow out loss to anyone. We lost to Kentucky by 3 thanks to a missed field goal.

Can we get the black to white ratios next?

not sure why you went there.

The lowest blue chip ratio to win a title since we've started ranking recruits with stars is 50%.

Ole Miss is at 35%.

They simply don't have the talent.

So far this year in the playoff, the team with more blue chips has won every match up.

If it continues, UGA will beat ND, UGA will then beat PSU, OSU will beat Texas and then...

who knows? Both OSU and UGA have 69 blue chips. 14 5-stars, 55 4-stars.

Also those numbers don't include transfer

Trey Amos - 4*
Logan Diggs - 4*
Tre Harris - 4*
Poo Paul - 4*
Diego Pounds
Caden Prieskorn
John Saunders
Jordan Watkins
Juice Wells
Dae'Quan Wright

off the top of my head

so your information is shite and you're wrong. We absolutely had the talent.

And yet no team below a 50% blue chip ratio has won a national title still.

And the 5 teams left right now are all over 50%.

So... no, it hasn't changed yet.

They do include transfers.

Those are the 247 talent composite from the beginning of the year.

15 teams had more than 43 blue chips (above 50% blue chip ratio).

7 of the 12 teams that made the playoff were from that group of 15 teams.

6 of the final 8 were from that list.

All of the final 4 will be from that list.

I'm telling you that tool uses their high school rankings so the info is invalid

It's only been proven right... every single year... since recruiting rankings have existed.

You can feel free to not believe it... but EVERY national champion since we've had recruiting rankings has had a roster that has at least 43 blue chips on it (more than 50% of the 85 scholarship limit) using composite high school rankings.

That will continue this year.

Ole Miss was never in the running. They didn't have enough talent to even be considered.

But not enough to win enough regular season games to make the playoff.

And even if you had, not enough to make it through 4 straight games against high talent opponents to win a playoff.

No. They would have received a beat down by any other team in the playoffs. FACT!
