What is crazy is how expensive chitterlings have gotten. They should pay people to take them. I don’t like them anyway I have ever had them cooked. If I ever get desperate enough to eat pig guts again I will know something has gone horribly wrong. They smell absolutely rancid as they are being cooked too. Whoever was the first to try them was starving.
